Due to the same production method as the factory ones the plastic wall thickness does differ in places- it is thinner on the top. Not fiberglass.Mounting: This is a very simple to install part- you simply install it between the shock towers by pushing it in. No bolts needed.Fits:E10 (1966-1977)This is not considered an oversized item (except for Australia- we will use DHL / Fedex services) so it will be shipped with economy air mail by default.
