BCM MK2 Mod 1 Buffer – All Weights, T0 – T4 The MK2 Mod 1 Buffer is the engine behind BCM’s recoil mitigation system, reducing felt recoil without compromising reliability. Utilizing an intermediate sized buffer body, the MK2 pairs a heavier buffer with a M16 rifle spring to provide both a wider operating envelope and consistent cycle. Internal counterweight travel reduces bolt bounce for improved feeding and more positive return to battery. Made of 7075-T6 aluminum and hard coat anodizing for superb durability. Best paired with a Sprinco Green buffer spring that can be found here. NOTE: MK2 Mod 1 buffers are only compatible with other BCM MK2 and A5 compatible receiver extensions. The buffers themselves are longer than traditional carbine buffers, and they cannot be used in standard carbine receiver extensions.
