The Super Duty Mod 1 300BLK upholds this legacy, featuring the latest in firearms technology available exclusively from Geissele Automatics. Front and center is the Geissele Cold Hammer Forged, Chrome Lined barrel, precision machined here in North Wales, PA from Chrome Moly Vanadium steel. Setting the Super Duty Mod1 300BLK apart is the patented Phased Array gas system, which utilizes multiple ports to precisely balance gassing and eliminate the need for an adjustable gas system. Combined with the Geissele braided buffer spring, this system provides a reliable and smooth shooting experience, whether shooting suppressed or unsuppressed with super or subsonic ammunition. At the heart of this rifle is the Geissele Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group. Our Nanoweapon-coated carrier features a properly torqued and staked, Chrome Lined, Nanocoated gas key. The Cam Pin is machined from advanced, tool steel known as H13 which is also coated with Nanoweapon for maximum corrosion and wear resistance. The Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group features extended upper rails, providing greater stability and dramatically increasing feeding reliability. The Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group comes with the Geissele Stressproof Bolt. Each bolt is rigorously inspected, high-pressure tested, mag particle inspected and Nanoweapon coated. Rounding up the package is a 7” MK16 Super Modular Rail, that mates to the Super Duty Upper Receiver via a center aligning tab that removes any chance of rail rotation.
