I don’t even know where to begin, and I mean that in a GREAT way! First I have to bring light to how amazing the customer service is! I had emailed them regarding shipping and state law since the place I live in, is extremely restrictive and the response was accurate, thorough, concise but equally important extremely timely. And bonus, they had humor in the response which was priceless. Next the shipping was flawless, I received my product in under 5 days and I’m not talking 5 business days literally 5 standard days! The tracking info was dead on accurate. Finally, the product itself is absolutely perfect! I have read numerous reviews on the material, functionality, design, quality and durability and truer words could not have been spoken. So much so that I instantly regretted not purchasing the LMT MARS-L from them when it was in stock. I already have been telling family and friends from all around the states to seriously consider this product and company before they begin their next build or item purchase and hopefully word of mouth spreads it more. Definitely wish I found them sooner but they are definitely my number 1 go to company. Oh and they send you Ramen!! Toys and Food they know how to make you happy!! My belly thanks you!
